I've seen these carrot-shaped treats done before, filled with orange jelly beans or orange M&Ms, etc., but I wanted at least one non-candy snack for the kids' Easter baskets and thought of using goldfish crackers. Just a fill a cone shaped cello bag. I made some washi tape twist ties to close them up, but anything green would do.
